It’s been awhile since I last posted on this and I’m deeply sorry. This blog was went to motivate me to loose weight and feel good about myself. Sadly, I couldn’t keep my promise to myself and I’m deeply disappointed at myself. The last couple of months before graduating, I went under the stress of unneeded drama and cramming in for finals. Due to this, I gained over 30 pounds and it was really sad to let myself go. However, I am currently content with my chubby body and should accept that everyone has their flaws. Now that the college in the city is right around the corner, I am motivated to lose weight and not get the freshman fifteen. I’m motivated to lose at least 60 pounds at the end of my freshman year at college.

Hello new and old followers! I’m Pam and it’s been awhile since I last posted but this is my weight loss journey. For probably a month I was off hydroxycut but I’m back on it and I’m seeing results (the pictures where I’m wearing purple are current and the one in the sports bra was back in December)

Hi there! Well I do crunches, reverse crunches, lifting weights, push ups, jumping jacks, squats, etc. I drink a lot of water and I eat like humus and wheat things most of the time and salads and stuff. When i eat junk food I eat half. I have the regular hydroxycut. Just the pill form. I hope this helped!
