Hello new and old followers! I’m Pam and it’s been awhile since I last posted but this is my weight loss journey. For probably a month I was off hydroxycut but I’m back on it and I’m seeing results (the pictures where I’m wearing purple are current and the one in the sports bra was back in December)

Hi there! Well I do crunches, reverse crunches, lifting weights, push ups, jumping jacks, squats, etc. I drink a lot of water and I eat like humus and wheat things most of the time and salads and stuff. When i eat junk food I eat half. I have the regular hydroxycut. Just the pill form. I hope this helped!

You guys have no idea how proud of myself for losing this weight. It really makes me know that you can accomplish anything if you really put your mind to it. Struggling with weight has always been a problem I’ve had but I want to keep it clean from now on.
